Hi all,I am looking for some help with this issue. I have several PC's with the same issue (All Windows 10 Pro x64)Every time the PC is rebooted, restarted or shut down and powered up, the audio service is not running after it boots back up. This is visible with a RedX over the audio icon in the small icon tray.If I run the troubleshooter, this just restarts the service and fixes the problem temporarily but after the next power down or restart, the problem returns. It's the main one I mentioned previously that had the header 'general behavioural detection', it's path is c:/windows/system32/spool/drivers. It's the only one in the virus vault. But when I hit on the 'details' tab at the bottom of it, it seems to give me a huge amount of sub files.???The first 2 of these sub files have the 'system 32' in their file path. So do I have to restore those 2 individually or (within the 'detail' section) just do the main one described above.??ThanksTom. Right click the Realtek device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.When complete, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.When the reinstallation has completed, shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds.
